🛥️ Vallejo – Custom Sailboat Covers and Enclosure
After being let down by another canvas company, the owners of this sailboat came to Anchor Custom Canvas for a full redesign. We corrected material issues, redesigned the frame to support a 6'6" boom, and built a contoured bimini enclosure with Makrolon AR2 panels for extreme clarity. The result was a sleek, raised cockpit with canvas + mesh curtains for full flexibility.
🌉 Sausalito – Extended Strataglass Enclosure
This express cruiser owner wanted a warmer, more usable cockpit without constant cover removal. We designed an extended roofline with a new stainless frame and Strataglass panels that roll up on warmer days. The result is a convertible enclosure that’s sleek, dry, and inviting — even when the fog rolls in.
⚓ San Rafael – Custom AquaTraction Flooring
At the Marin Yacht Club, this client upgraded from faded carpet to fully custom AquaTraction foam decking. We scanned the area, added a teak-style pattern in grey, included custom logo work, and built in details like a designated shoe zone. Now, the deck is soft, stylish, and maintenance-free.
